The Assault & Defense Ministry (A&DM)

Due to the countless amount of anomalies and the atrocities they have committed within American territory, it came to the idea of the Secretary of Defense that lethal force was near necessary to capture and contain the anomalous entity’s that harm our citizens and government. This ministry of PBUS is the secretive backbone of both the United States military and primary fighting & capture force of PBUS itself, all personnel within this ministry are armed to the teeth with the heaviest American weapons, explosives, and anomalous equipment capable of dealing a massive blow into the anomalous enemies of the US. A&DM is in charge of recovering entities from their current living space, defending against anomalous threats both domestically and internationally (rarely), recontaining breached entities, protecting high value information, technology, and personnel, and maintaining security/safety within the United States.

The Observation & Data-collection Ministry (O&DM)

Because of how unaware and lacking of knowledge the United States government has about the entities, their abilities, actions, and overall behavior. It has been deemed highly important to have an accurate record and description of entities in order to plan out successful capture operations, counter maneuvers, containment measures, and ways on how to utilize the entity's anomalous abilities for the betterment of the US publicly, militarily, and secretively. This ministry of PBUS is the main source of observing entities from a far distance either on the ground, air, water, and space. To ensure when a successful capture mission is carried out, the assigned Onlookers Capture Force (OCF) are made completely aware of the entity’s abilities, a visual description of the entity, how to counter the entity, and arm the assigned OCF personnel with the correct weapons, gear, equipment, and vehicles so there can be minimal to zero loss of life. Given the risky nature of ground personnel potentially getting spotted by the entities, high command has gifted the Out-On-the-Field (OOF) personnel with a lot of equipment for their observatory missions like standard heavy assault rifles and pistols, high explosives, heavy mounted sentry turrets, drones for surveillance and defense, 6-8 month supply of food and water, and so on. As for air personnel, they are to be disguised as civilian aircraft hidden within are a crew of armed Air-To-Ground (ATG) photographers, analysts, soldiers, pilots and co-pilots, gunners, and backup crew in case for emergency purposes. Armaments are hidden within the disguised aircraft for defense purposes against any enemy entities who begin targeting the “civilian” aircraft, If the disguised civilian aircraft gets brought down out of the skies. The surviving crew are given standard heavy assault rifles and pistols, high explosives, signal flares for extraction, bombing raids, supplies, extra firepower, temporary stationed and mobile bases, reinforcements, etc. Water personnel are nowhere as heavily armed as their Ground Observist (GO) and Ariel Observist (AriO) counterparts, Naval Observists (NO) specialize in water based observations and are funny enough, barely used because of the lack of water born entities. Usually, a small observatory submarine drone will be deployed via air or orbitally into a body of water where an entity will reside near, observing the entity for anything anomalous it may cause for potential hazards. Orbital personnel are the top most highest ranking category of observists to ever exist (except for A&DMs own orbital personnel), given their mission is to use PBUS designated satellites to observe the entities from space. These specifically designed satellites are armed with state of the art camera and recording systems plus orbital bombardment capabilities for assistance in case the entity is too strong for the other 3 categories to handle. Space & orbital Observists (SoO) are always used in every single observational mission because of how useful, accurate, and mostly funded they are in terms of technology, anomalous and non-anomalous weapons, training, and equipment.

The Research & Development Ministry (R&DM)

Because of talks made by the Secretary of Defense, United States National Security Council (USNSC), and A&DPM federal executive highest command. It was executively established the importance of studying and utilizing the entities' powers to help increase military might, firepower, containment, healthcare, countermeasures, and so on. It is believed that utilizing the anomalous means the United States will become the world's most globally undominable country to ever exist both domestically and internationally with zero doubts once PBUS becomes public knowledge. R&DM is the most funded ministry branch (second closest is A&DM) because with the constant research and utilization of the anomalous comes ridiculous amounts of funding into anomalous projects and experiments. R&DM collaborates with O&DM to correctly get a basest of the entity before OCF personnel can begin capture operations, once an entity is successfully captured, they are brought to top secret PBUS containment facilities and then researching personnel will begin conducting experimentation on entities close up and more efficiently. Researchers are given full permission to perform unethical experiments on entities to determine whether the entity's anomalous effects are utilizable for the betterment of the US or a waste of resources. Once an entity's anomalous abilities have been utilized of its powers within the given timeframe, the entity will be branded a desiccant then be swiftly exterminated in the chosen execution style R&DM high command has voted on. Finally, the entity's body will be sent to the After Check Center area where the recently executed body of the entity will be examined for any vital signs of the entity reviving itself which in that case, personnel are to immediately dispose of the entity's body to the incendiary cutter before the entity can recover. However, if the entity escapes the disposal, during and after the ACC process, the area and surrounding sections of the facility will be placed on lockdown and an extermination team will be dispatched to deal with the entity for disposal.
